Video: Conversations with Grant Awardees

December 02, 2019

On November 14th, the Center for Science and Society celebrated its fifth anniversary. In the five years since the Center’s founding, we are proud to have supported Columbia students, scholars, faculty, and staff with more than $150,000 in grants for cross-disciplinary research, teaching and public outreach efforts. These interactions break down silos at Columbia and prepare students to think and collaborate in a world that is often too complex to be analyzed through the lens of one field in isolation.

Watch our new video, and hear directly from some of the students and project leaders the Center has supported.
