Building upon the past 12 Columbia Climate Conversations focused on climate and social justice, this in-person event invites individuals to learn more about representation and inclusivity. A keynote address will be followed by a panel featuring environmental justice organizers, grassroots activists, and NYC nonprofits to dive deeper into housing injustice, bottom-up climate action, and systemic inequity. The summit will conclude with a creative workshop and mixer.
Free and open to the public; registration required. All in-person guests must comply with the Columbia University visitor and vaccination guidelines. Please contact Adrienne Kenyon at [email protected] with any questions.
Part of the Columbia Climate Conversations series at the Columbia Climate School and supported in-part by a 2022 Center for Science and Society Seed Grant.
