Event Description

An event exploring legal and policy issues associated with marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR) activities that aim to increase uptake and storage of carbon dioxide in the ocean. Panelists will explore the adequacy of existing legal and policy frameworks and how they might need to evolve to better facilitate research and deployment. There will be a strong focus on ways to ensure an inclusive and equitable approach to mCDR development.
