Event Description

Have you ever wondered how algorithms predict what you’ll buy, read, or even study next? This beginner-level workshop will explain classic machine learning concepts and methods that shape everyday decision making and research. It won't go deep or write code. Instead, participants will play with real data and a visual no-code tool to run models, make predictions, and change results. Whether you’re reading scholarly work or just curious about why you get certain song, game, or movie recommendations, this workshop will give you a clearer picture of the algorithms underneath.
