Artificial intelligence is transforming cardiology, enabling large-scale screening for structural heart disease in ways previously impossible. Drawing on experience with an AI model applied to over one million patients, this talk will explore the ethical dilemmas clinicians face when algorithms recommend testing with potentially life-altering consequences.
