Event Description

We are living in unprecedented times—in the face of a global pandemic, deep inequalities regarding access to services, capital, and opportunity have been exposed. Data science can play a key role in helping to reduce inequality and connect individuals with the services and aid needed most. We invite you to participate in a conversation focused on how data science and technology can be used to boost the fundamental economic and service needs of people from the local to global level.

Panelists from Community Solutions, DataKind, data.org, Benefits Data Trust, Mastercard's Center for Inclusive Growth, and The Rockefeller Foundation will share their experiences in using data science to help extend the reach of organizations to spur inclusive growth and recovery in the wake of COVID-19. The panelists will engage in a conversation about the ethics and responsibility of using data science to identify and serve vulnerable populations.

Join a conversation on how to start or continue data science for good journeys, and how data science can be used to build solutions.
