How do our brains and bodies interact to produce, learn, and practice movement? Enjoy a hands-on exploration of how we can all move and practice dance with commentary from choreographers and scientific experts on how to perform while being mindful of injury. The workshop is designed for dancers of all abilities, from beginners to seasoned dancers.
