Event Description
This presentation will discuss new findings on the distribution of risk factors for cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease Related Dementias (AD/ADRD) in a US representative young adult population. The presentation will also describe associations between neurological biomarkers, inflammatory, and infectious biomarkers, and traditional risk factors for AD/ADRD in young adults. These findings will provide insights on the timing and emergence of early risk factors for AD/ADRD and will support future studies on early intervention and prediction of AD/ADRD incidence in the US population.
