Alex Wellerstein will talk about his brand-new book, Restricted Data: The History of Nuclear Secrecy in the United States. Wellerstein will cover questions such as: How did nuclear weapons secrecy change from a temporary, World War II effort to a permanent state of secrecy? How have the trends of nuclear secrecy changed over the years? Can we imagine a world without nuclear secrecy?
