An in-depth examination of the concept of leadership in psychology with an emphasis on women's leadership. Topics include the role of gender, culture, and emotional intelligence as well as an examination of transactional and transformational models.

Prerequisites: BC1125, BC1138, BC2151, or permission of the instructor.
