Description
The Center for Environment and Society and Center for Critical Race and Ethnic Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University are accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in race and environmental justice. The position is for one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach one course per semester in their area of expertise, conduct scholarship related to environmental justice focusing on Southwest Florida issues, interface with the local communities to engage them in discussions of environmental justice issues, and serve as a resource in interdisciplinary courses or professional programs that focus on racial justice.
