Applicants must be graduate students at Columbia University and enrolled for the spring 2026 semester. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. 

Amount

Compensation is $25 per hour (up to $3,000 in total) for up to ten hours per week in the spring 2026 and fall 2026 semesters. 

Description

The Center for Science and Society is accepting applications for a graduate student coordinator position to begin immediately. Work will be focused on the upcoming 'Mapping AI' event series, a set of four workshops critically examining AI and its role at Columbia. Responsibilities will include coordinating event speakers, planning and implementing the workshops, managing workshop outputs, among other tasks central to successfully implementing the series.
