The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Clarkson University invites applications for a tenure-track position in the History of Science or Technology (period and geographic location open) at the rank of Assistant Professor.
The teaching load is 3:2, with three courses in the fall (only two preparations), including two sections of a first-year, writing-intensive course focused on a theme of the applicant’s choosing, and two history courses in the spring. There is ample opportunity for course development in the candidate’s area of expertise.
