The Department of American Studies at the University of North Carolina is accepting applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Folklore and Environmental Humanities to begin July 2024. Scholarship should focus on the links between expressive culture and environmental and community sustainability. Responsibilities include teaching four courses per year, half of which will be in the Environment, Ecology and Energy Program.
