Eligibility
Open to undergraduate students in Columbia College, Barnard College, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, or the School of General Studies. Essays can be written by multiple undergraduate authors.
Amount
The selected essay will receive $10,000 (prize money will be split if essay has multiple authors).
Description
Columbia University is accepting submissions for the Carl B. Boyer Memorial Prize in the History of Science. Essays should be on any topic in the history of science or mathematics. Essays should be less than 12,000 words in length.
