Call for Applications: Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowing in Asian Studies and Public Health, St. Lawrence University

A PhD should be received by the time of appointment or within the last three years.

Description: 

St. Lawrence University invites applications for a two-year ASIANetwork-Luce Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowship in Asian Studies with a focus on public health within Southeast and/or Northeast Asia. The successful candidate will teach three courses per year in their area of expertise, all geared to a broad undergraduate audience consisting of majors and non-majors, attend departmental and faculty meetings, keep office hours, and mentor students. The Fellow will organize a faculty reading group that will meet throughout the academic year; will work with program faculty to offer a series of guest lectures/discussions in their classes; and will offer public presentations, lectures, and/or other events open to the campus on the topic of the Fellow’s research or other subjects related to Asian Studies and Public Health.
