The intern will work 16 hours/week over a four-month period and receive a stipend of $12,000.
Description
The Humanities Institute at the New York Botanical Garden is accepting applications for summer internship in the Bronx Foodways Oral Histories Project, a multi-year effort to collect and record personal food narratives from a wide and diverse network of Bronx community gardeners and urban farmers. The intern will help produce, conduct, record, and edit one-on-one oral history interviews outdoors, at community gardens and urban farms.
