Open to advanced doctoral students (in years 3-7) from departments within the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. 

Amount

Co-facilitators are provided with a $3,000 stipend for the academic year. 

Description

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences's Office of Academic Diversity and Inclusion is hiring two co-facilitators for the Pedagogies of Race and Oppression Learning Communities in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. With guidance and support from staff, the fellows work as a pair to create and deliver a year-long series of activities (3 sessions each in fall and spring semester) to engage the Columbia graduate community in collective exploration and learning about focused topics in pedagogy and teaching practice as they relate to race and marginalization.
