Description
The Department of History at Denison University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the history of medicine, health, and healing (in any time period or region of the world, excluding a singular focus on metropolitan Europe) beginning August 2022.
Teaching responsibilities in a 3/2 load include introductory survey courses as well as a diverse array of reading and research seminars in the candidate’s areas of expertise. The successful candidate will also teach core courses in the History major as well as direct independent student research projects. Candidates must have active research and publication agendas.
